Missed lessons in the subscription plans cannot be carried forward into future weeks.
If the lesson is not attended, the time is forfeited.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked lesson.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the lesson will be charged in full.

If I must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a make-up lesson will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
